← Restaurant Management SystemFor UK curry houses and takeaways

Your own ordering website.
Zero commission.

Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats take 14 to 30 percent of every order. On your own site you keep it, and the customer is yours next time too.

We build it from your menu in 7 days, on your own domain, with card payments straight into your account. From £49 a month, no long contract, and support on WhatsApp in English, Bangla and Sylheti.

First 5 restaurants: setup £399 instead of £499, until 31 October 2026. আমরা বাংলায় কথা বলি।

How it works

Live in a week, without a meeting

  1. Day 1

    Send us your menu

A photo of the printed menu or your Just Eat page is enough. Tell us your opening hours and delivery area on WhatsApp.

  2. Days 2 to 6

    We build your site

Menu, photos, prices, delivery zones and card payments set up on your own domain. You review it on your phone before anything goes live.

  3. Day 7

    Go live and move customers

We add the order link to your Google profile and Facebook, print QR cards for the counter, and give you a leaflet line for every bag that goes out.

Why direct orders

Built for the way a curry house actually runs

Every order is yours

The customer's name, number and order history stay with you, not with the app. Send a Friday reminder and they order again.

Money goes straight to you

Card payments land in your own Stripe or SumUp account the same way as your card machine. We never hold your takings.

Nothing changes in the kitchen

Orders print on your existing kitchen printer and ping your WhatsApp. Staff do not need training.

Keep the apps if you want

Most owners keep Just Eat for new customers and move the regulars to direct ordering. Both run side by side.

Support in your language

WhatsApp support 7 days a week in English, Bangla and Sylheti, from people who have built restaurant systems before.

No long contract

Monthly billing, cancel with 30 days' notice. If it does not pay for itself, you should not be paying for it.

Want to click around the till, kitchen screen and reports first? The full system runs in your browser.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to leave Just Eat or Deliveroo?

No. Most restaurants keep the apps for new customers and move regulars to their own site, where there is no commission. You decide how much to move and when.

How do customers pay, and where does the money go?

By card on your site, into your own Stripe or SumUp account, the same way your card machine works. We never touch or hold your takings. Cash on collection is also an option.

How do I get orders in the kitchen?

Each order prints on your kitchen printer, shows on a tablet if you have one, and is sent to your WhatsApp. You accept it with one tap and the customer gets a ready-time message.

What about delivery?

You set your delivery postcodes, minimum order and charges. Your own drivers deliver, or you run collection only. We do not supply drivers.

How much does it cost, exactly?

Starter is £499 setup then £49 a month. Pro is £899 setup then £79 a month. The first 5 restaurants pay £399 setup on either plan. Card processing fees from Stripe or SumUp are separate and go to them, not to us.

Is there VAT on the invoice?

You are invoiced in GBP by BWJ Tech Ltd, a company registered in Bangladesh, so no UK VAT is added to our invoice. If your restaurant is VAT-registered, your accountant handles it under the usual reverse-charge rules.

Who owns the website and the customer data?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and your customer list is yours to export at any time. If you leave, you take both with you.

Can I see it working before I pay?

Yes. Send your menu and we build a demo of your restaurant, not a generic one. You see it on your phone, then decide.
