RB Furniture ERP
An eight-module ERP for manufacturing and retail, built to fit
A complete ERP for a furniture manufacturer and its retail arm — procurement, production, inventory across warehouse and showroom, CRM, invoicing and financial reporting in one integrated system.
Production schedules, warehouse stock, showroom sales and customer records lived in disconnected spreadsheets and paper notebooks. Management could not answer basic questions — what is in stock, what does this order cost to make, which products are profitable — without days of manual reconciliation.
Off-the-shelf ERPs were evaluated and rejected: they imposed workflows the business didn't use, charged per-seat licensing forever, and still needed heavy customisation.
We mapped how the business actually operates — from raw-material purchase through production, warehouse, showroom and delivery — and built the ERP around those real workflows instead of forcing generic ones.
Eight modules shipped in phases so staff adopted each one before the next arrived: procurement, production, inventory, sales & CRM, invoicing, logistics, finance and reporting. Every module writes to one shared source of truth, so the P&L dashboard reflects the same numbers the warehouse sees.
- Raw material procurement & production tracking
- Inventory across warehouse and showroom
- Sales, invoicing & customer management
- Delivery & logistics tracking
- Financial reports and P&L dashboard
The company now runs procurement-to-P&L on one system. Stock levels are live across warehouse and showroom, production costs are visible per order, and month-end financials assemble themselves instead of consuming days of reconciliation.
No per-seat licensing, no vendor lock-in — the client owns the source code outright.
