Madrasa Education Board System

Purbo Sylhet Azad Dini Arabi Madrasa Education Board runs the annual central examinations for close to two hundred member madrasas across the Sylhet region. Registration, candidate lists, admit cards, invigilator letters, marksheets and results were all prepared by hand, on paper registers and spreadsheets, every single session.

The system had to work for non-technical board officials and madrasa staff from day one, handle names and documents in Bangla and Arabic, label sessions in both Hijri and Gregorian years, and collect fees the way madrasas actually pay: through mobile wallets.

We modelled the board exactly as it works: the board, its member madrasas, eleven exam centres (markaz) and seven exam levels (jamat), from Dawrah-e-Hadith to Tahfizul Quran. Madrasas register online and submit their examinees in batches; the board reviews them and approves or sends them back.

Every document the board used to prepare by hand (admit cards, seat stickers, attendance registers, invigilator appointment letters and marksheets) is now generated from the same data as print-ready A4 PDFs. We launched in December 2025 and shipped each stage just ahead of the exam calendar: admit cards and seat plans in January, results in March, then re-evaluation and certificates. bKash and Nagad payments run across every paid service.

The 1447 AH / 2026 annual examination ran end to end on the platform: 193+ madrasas and 3,900+ examinees across 11 exam centres and 7 levels, with results published online and searchable by roll number, and re-evaluation (Nazre Sani) results published in June 2026.

Madrasas, students and guardians now use purbosylhetazaddini.com directly for registration, results, re-evaluation and certificate verification. The next session is already being prepared on the same system, which BWJ Tech continues to develop and maintain.
