Multivendor Marketplace Platform
A Daraz-class marketplace engine — storefronts, apps and logistics
A full-scale multivendor e-commerce platform: independent vendor storefronts, buyer and seller mobile apps, order and logistics management, commission handling and local payment rails.
Marketplace platforms are among the hardest systems to build well: thousands of independent vendors, real-time inventory, split payments with commission logic, delivery orchestration and dispute handling — all under one roof, all needing to survive real order volume.
Existing off-the-shelf marketplace software could not handle the local payment rails and logistics realities of the target market, and licensing a global platform was economically unviable.
We are building the platform as a marketplace engine rather than a single shop: vendor storefronts, catalog, orders, payments and logistics are isolated services that scale independently.
Buyer and seller apps ship from one React Native codebase. The commission and payout system settles vendors automatically, and the admin super-panel gives the operator full control over vendors, disputes, pricing rules and promotions.
- Vendor onboarding, storefronts & product management
- Buyer and seller mobile apps
- Order tracking, logistics & delivery management
- Commission system, vendor payouts & finance
- Local payment integration (bKash, Nagad, cards)
- Admin super-panel for full marketplace control
The core engine — vendor storefronts, catalog, cart, orders and payments — is functional and in active development toward launch. The architecture has been designed and load-tested for marketplace-scale traffic from day one.
This is the largest system in our current portfolio, and it is being built with the same fixed-scope, weekly-demo process as every other project here.
